A runner would present a more complicated situation. Green Bear continues for 1. Wine Country is also home to many. It is wonderful indeed. Would you recommend clockwise or counterclockwise? The switchbacks inexplicably disappear, the grade seems impossibly steep, and it just keeps going.
Our groomers have been out and will continue through the weekend and have been able to lay out a nice flat trail. We really need a good snowstorm to get the trails back in A1 shape again. We will be out grooming and doing what we can do. Remember be safe, ride right and enjoy the ride! The amount they say now is 2 to 4 inches. The trail began as just a short loop around the baseball park, located off Hwy M behind the Boulder Junction Chamber of Commerce. It will be a later date determined safe for the county opening.

Enjoy the new season, I will be reporting on trail conditions on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays through the season. I would like to thank everyone involved for their hard work in making possible for the trail system opening. This is not good, and we will have to see how much the warm weather will damage our trails. With the long weekend coming and the high volume of traffic expected we will have to see how our trails hold up.
Description: We will just have to see how long it will last with the sunshine today. With the heavy volume of traffic on the trail please use caution. Don't forget this Sunday, January 18, from 8am to 12pm, we are having a club fundraiser breakfast and meat raffle at Gooch's A-1 Bar and Grill located on Hwy M north of town, by car, and trail 15 north by sled. There is not a lot of snow to work with but they are smooth. We are expecting warmer weather with a snow system coming in on Wednesday and Thursday.
